中華民國專題集郵協會(Chinese Taipei Thematic Society),原為美國專題郵會（American Topical Association ATA）分會之一. 於民國78年(1989)經內政部核准,正式成為<中華民國專題集郵協會>.創會理事長為俞兆年先生.這是一個公開的社團，不限地域，不限繁體中文，誠摯歡迎青年朋友加入。 Friends interested in thematic philately are welcome to share their collections and thematic materials by joining our facebook group.
