Tha Kham Dormitory – Line Group Rules Welcome to the Tha Kham Dormitory Residents Group. Please follow the guidelines below to ensure smooth communication and administration. 1. Display Name Format • All residents are requested to set their display name in the following format: Room Number – First Name • Example: 2113-John 2. Communication and Document Submission • This group may be used for communication regarding dormitory matters. • If you wish to move in, move out, or arrange for a visitor to enter the dormitory, please submit the required form to the security guard at least 3 days in advance. • Please notify the group administrator each time you submit a document. • Please complete all forms and documents in either English or Thai only. 3. Collection of Forms • Various application forms and other documents can be obtained from the security guard.
